How we work
Remote, documented, and finished properly.
We work remotely with clients across North America. Mountain Time covers the full business day from Vancouver to New York, which is why a remote engagement runs on your hours rather than against them.
Every project starts with a written scope, is built in a staging environment you can open at any point, and ends with a handover of the agreed final assets. The intention is that you could take the work to another developer the day after completion and they would be able to pick it up.
We choose conventional platforms — WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, PHP, MySQL — specifically because you can hire for them later.

How payment works
Once the project scope and price are confirmed, DotWeb sends a secure Stripe payment link. The payment page may display our Premium Plan payment option; enter the exact amount confirmed for your project. Do not enter a different amount unless DotWeb has confirmed the change.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. DotWeb does not store card details.
Statement descriptor
Your card or bank statement may display SECUREDOTWEB for payments made to DotWeb IT Solutions.
Please retain your payment confirmation email so you can easily identify the transaction later. It shows the DotWeb IT Solutions business name, the project details and the amount paid.
